Interesting crash

Questo incidente occorso sul circuito Misano 1 tra la Ferrari 599XX e la Chevrolet Dekon merita di essere documentato.
La Ferrari, decisamente più veloce della Chevrolet supera la sua avversaria all'interno di una curva a destra ma pensando di avere abbastanza spazio tenta di rispostarsi all'esterno per sfruttare la corsia più veloce. La Chevrolet non ci stà a farsi sorpassare e non molla, il risultato è che lo spoiler anteriore dell'ameicana solleva letteralmente in aria l'altra auto andandosi ad incastrare sotto il ponte.

This crash occurred on the Misano circuit 1 between the Ferrari 599XX and the Chevrolet Dekon deserves to be documented.

Ecco una prova comparativa per evidenziare eventuali differenze dinamiche nell'utilizzo della Carrera Digital Control Unit (CU) 30352 o di una Carrera Digital Black Box (BB) 30344.

Here is a comparative dynamic test to find any objectives differences in the use of the Carrera Digital Control Unit (CU) 30352 or  the Carrera Digital Black Box (BB) 30344 .

Prima prova la velocità. Su entrambe le postazioni è possibile settare 10 diverse velocità dalla 1, la più lenta, fino alla 10, la più veloce. Le domande sono "C'è veramente differenza tra le varie velocità?" "Quanto è veloce?".

Utilizzo sia per la CU che per la BB la mia pista denominata Misano 1 (pista lunga veloce) e come slot car la Ferrari 458 Italia (la più veloce sul quel circuito), guard-rail per la pista e magneti per la slot car. Ecco i risultati.

First at att the speed test. On both stations you can set 10 different speeds from 1, the slowest, to 10, the fastest. The questions are "Is there really a difference among the various speeds?" "How fast?".
For both the CU fand the BB  the Misano track 1 (long fast track) and as slot cars  the Ferrari 458 Italia (the fastest on that circuit), guard-rail for the track and magnets for slot car. Here are the results.

Considerazioni finali: esiste una reale differenza nelle diverse 10 velocità anche se non così evidenti in posizioni vicine (es: velocità 7 e 8), la differenza può essere valuta in un incremento delle prestazioni pari al 100% ovvero i tempi dimezzano passano dalla velocità più bassa a quella più alta.

Le prime 3 velocità non consentono  adeguate prestazioni ma sono utili per far giocare neofiti o dei bambini piccoli per farli allenare a prestazioni maggiori, per contro le 2 velocità massime non sono completamente sfruttabili ad un utilizzo digitale tanto è vero che se il tempo secco sul giro è risultato migliore a velocità 10 le migliori prestazioni sulla distanza di 10 giri si sono avuto con la velocità 8.
Tutte le mie considerazioni valgono in relazioni ai materiali testati.

Il circuito Misano 1 misura 32,75 mt,  è composto da 113 pezzi ed è dotato di una doppia corsia box.
Il tempo migliore sul giro singolo è stato ottenuto dalla Ferrari 458 Italia in 11" 928 che significa una velocità media di 9,8 km/h

The Misano 1 track measures 32.75 meters, consists of 113 pieces and comes with a double pit lane.
The best time over a single lap was obtained by the Ferrari 458 Italia at 11 "928 which means an average speed of 9.8 km / h.

Circuito Misano, la gara prima parte - Misano Track, the race part one

Le prime auto a partire sono le gruppo "1b - Street Modern": Ferrari 458 Italia gialla, Mercedes SLS AMG Coupe rossa e  Mercedes SLS AMG Coupe bianca.

La Ferrari è in pole position, seconda la SLS rossa e ultima la SLS bianca.
La ferrari è molto veloce e scatta subito bene, la SLS si sposta a sinistra seguendo la linea ideale.

La SLS è ormai lanciata e dopo la curva successiva si sposta all'interno per precedere la staccata successiva.

La staccata della SLS rossa riesce e passa al comando, ma esce male alla successiva chicane, la 458 è alle costole.

La Ferrari riprova la staccata all'interno al tornante, la SLS rossa si accoda all'uscita della curva ma la SLS bianca continua nella sua traiettoria per avere più velocità.

La SLS è veloce ma non a sufficenza per passare davanti a tutti, trenino da tre auto in curva con allungo all'uscita del tunnel, la Ferrari è velocissima.

La SLS bianca si avvicina moltissimo in curva, striscia sui guard-rail, e tenta una staccata al limite all'interno della curva.

Circuito Misano primi giri - Misano Track first laps

Il circuito denominato Misano 1 è pronto. Incomincio subito a fare giri liberi con tutte e 15 le slot car, l'obiettivo è stare sotto i 15 secondi.
Tutte le slot car rimangono senza problemi entro il tempo stabilito passo quindi a dei giri cronometrati sotto i 13".
Ora si incominciano a delineare le prime differenze:
- Positivo: Nissan GT-R (molto magnete molta tenuta), Audi A4 DTM (con le gomme nuove ha una buona velocità, è molto bassa e fa un rumore bellissimo), Ferrari 458 (molto stabile);
- Negativo: BMW 2002 (senza magnete posteriore non passa lo sbarramento), Opel Manta (scoda veramente tanto e il suo migliore tempo è 13" 306), Ford Capri (noiosa da guidare).
Provvedo a rimettere il magnete alla BMW e abbassare il magnete alla Opel e i tempi rientrano nel 13"

There are now the first differences:
- Pros: Nissan GT-R (a lot of magnet, a lot of roadholding), Audi A4 DTM (with new tires has a good speed, is very low and makes a beautiful noise), Ferrari 458 (very stable);
- Cons: BMW 2002 (without rear magnet does not pass the barrier), Opel Manta (tailing very much and his best time was 13 "306), Ford Capri (boring to drive).
I put  the magnet on the BMW and Opel lower the magnet on the Opel and now the time within the 13 "

Circuito Misano, n° 4 unire tutto - Misano Track, #4 Combine all

Ora che tutte le curve sono state create e posizionate nei punti strategici devo collegarle.
Ho un solo criterio per unire la pista, sfruttare tutto lo spazio a disposizione utilizzando tutti i pezzi a disposizione.
Ho raggiunto il risultato di creare anche una corsia box doppia.
Adesso devo mettere i ponti, le sopraelevate e i guard-rail nelle curve.

Ho preso il chip  dalla Mercedes Avus per digitalizzare la Chevrolet, le luci anteriori e posteriori erano già presenti nella slot car.

Circuito Misano, n° 2 elaborazione - Misano track, #2 processing

La seconda fase per la creazione del circuito di Misano 1 è stata quella della trasformazione delle curve più interessanti del circuito in una forma adatta per le slot car. Ho utilizzato il programma Ultimate Racer 3.0.

Circuito Misano, n° 1 l'idea - Misano track, #1 the idea

Ho finalmente organizzato la soffitta e ottenuto lo spazio per ricavare un nuovo circuito dal nome Misano 1.
L'idea nasce dal circuito di Misano in Italia http://www.misanocircuit.com/ che ha un andamento che ben si presta ad un utilizzo Carrera Digitale e ha delle curve veramente interessanti.
I have finally organized and the attic to get a new circuit, the name is Misano 1.
The idea comes from the Misano track in Italy http://www.misanocircuit.com/index.php?lang=eng which is well suited to use with Carrera Digital and has really interesting curves .
